Todd Frank is a graduate student at IR/PS focusing his studies on environmental economics and business. Todd has experience with carbon sequestration projects in developing countries and with the financial trading of emissions and renewable energy credits. At IR/PS, Todd was finance director of Strategic Community Consulting (SCC), a student-run management consulting firm for nonprofits and was a Schoepflin International Fellow. Todd plans to pursue a career in the field of environmental markets.
