The Center on Pacific Economies and the IR/PS Reischauer Memorial Lecture Series present Dr. Michael Mochizuki of George Washington University, a noted political scientist and scholar of Japan-China-US relations. Dr. Mochizuki will be speaking at IR/PS on the issue of "historical memories" of WWII and Japan's foreign relations.
