Students are invited to join Pacific Leadership Fellow Dr. Jaime Laya for lunch and conversation about how U.S.-style democracy has worked in the Philippines, contrasting governance under President Marcos with the current environment under President Arroyo. Lunch will be served to the first 25 students, faculty or staff who R.S.V.P.
